Training Program General Terms

Pricing and Payment

1.1. All memberships automatically renew every 4 weeks, but you have the option to cancel at any time.

1.2. All training sessions must be used within the 4-week billing period and cannot be carried over to the following month.

1.3. All prices are accurate at the time of quoting.

1.4. We reserve the right to adjust fees, and if necessary, we will notify you 28 days in advance of any such changes.

 

Scheduling and Appointments

2.1. Personal sessions, goal setting, nutrition consults, and all other individual appointments are booked via Acuity.

2.2. Small group and semi-private training sessions are booked via Influx.

2.3. Booking Limits for Individual Appointments:
– Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment.

2.4. Booking Limits for Small Group and Semi-Private Sessions:
– Sessions before 0900 must be booked by 2100 the night before.
– Sessions after 0900 must be booked 2 hours before the session starts.
– Sessions with no bookings by these specified times will automatically be cancelled.

2.5. Small group classes have a minimum attendance requirement of 2 persons and a maximum limit of 6 persons.

2.6. Semi-private sessions have a minimum attendance of 1 and a maximum attendance of 4 persons.

 

Client Responsibilities

3.1. Clients are responsible for adhering to safety guidelines, providing accurate health information, and following the guidelines outlined in our Client Handbook.

 

Cancellations

4.1. Cancellations for training sessions must be made via Influx/Acuity prior to the session beginning to avoid billing.

4.2. For Personal Training sessions, a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. 

4.3. Small group and semi-private sessions are subject to the booking limits detailed above.

Failure to provide this notice will result in the complete billing being applied.

 

Membership Cancellation

5.1. To cancel a membership, a 28-day written notice is required with no exceptions.

5.2 Memberships cannot be put on hold.
