We’ve talked about our CrossFit program, and we’ve told you all about our Personal Training program, but what if you’re looking for something in between? Something that still includes the best bits of our elite coaching service, but isn’t as scary as CrossFit might seem, yet still has the friendly, supportive atmosphere that comes with group training.
We’re super happy to say our HV FIT program would be perfect for you, the latest addition to our family of programs here at The Friendly Gym! We’ve been working on creating an all new curriculum, taking some of the best elements of our CrossFit, 6 week challenges and Personal Training programs and welding them together to arrive at HV FIT.
WHAT IS HV FIT?
Employing the same principles as our regular CrossFit classes (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) HV FIT focuses on Metabolic Conditioning, High-Intensity Interval Training combined with Body Weight movements and some Resistance Work. We think that, as do our members who we’ve tested our new program on, this is the perfect blend of fun and fitness required to get fit, lose fat and regain confidence and freedom of movement.
WHO IS HV FIT FOR?
HV FIT is perfect those who: – Feel a little intimidated by the mere mention of CrossFit. – Normally attend boot camps or group fitness classes, but need something a little different. – For those who want accountability along with expert coaching and guidance. – Want to focus on conditioning, fat loss and muscle tone.
HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?
Classes run for 60 mins and are always led by our elite coaching staff. Classes are available 5 days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 09:45 Tuesday and Thursday @ 12pm. We have a number of membership options that are perfect to get you started.
IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIFIC NEEDED TO JOIN?
No! Unlike our CrossFit classes, there is no barbell so we don’t need you to take our fundamentals course.
