The ability to control the placement of the bodies centre of gravity in relation to its support base.
The ability to control movement in a given direction or at a given intensity.
You may be able to become efficient in one of these over a short period of time, but achieving all-round health and wellness is going to see you need to apply yourself to all of these over a longer period of time.
