We are excited to announce the launch of our all-new small group personal training program, now available in Alicetown, Lower Hutt.
This programme is designed for individuals like you who want the benefits of personal training but with all the benefits of a supportive group setting.

Research has shown that working out in a group can lead to better results, as well as increased adherence to a workout programme.
At Ignite Fitness and Nutrition, we take a personalised approach to training.
How it works.
When you start working with us, you have your own personalised programming, enabling you to focus on and achieve your specific goals while taking advantage of the motivational and social benefits of training in a group.
Our program includes a variety of strength training, cardio, and functional movement exercises. Workouts will be challenging and dynamic and will change regularly to keep things interesting and to ensure continued progress.
In addition to the workouts, our program also includes nutritional guidance, as well as access to a private online community where you can connect with and support each other.
We are also excited to announce that we have an exclusive training app available for both Apple and Android devices.
Our app provides access to workouts, progress tracking, and nutritional information that is tailored to the programme you are on.
